AZ Valley Dental offers a comprehensive dental prevention program that is a joint effort by your dentist, our staff and you – the patient. The goal is to preserve the natural state of your teeth, their supporting structures and to take measures that will hopefully prevent any onset, progress, or recurrence of dental diseases and degenerative conditions.

We have another page on our site regarding successful dental home care. Steps to keeping dental diseases at bay begin at home. With proper daily oral hygiene, combined with a well thought out balanced diet, we can help you promote, restore and maintain oral health.

Please understand that in addition to a good home care dental routine, successful dental prevention includes annual or bi-annual cleanings, x-rays and regular exams in our office. In some cases sealants and fluoride may be recommended by Dr. Eilfer or his hygienist to help protect your teeth.
