Convenient Payment Options For Our Patients

AZ Valley Dental accepts a variety of payment methods, including cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. Payments in full must be made at the time services are performed, unless other arrangements have been made through our office.

If you do not have dental insurance or choose to not use the Care Credit option below, please discuss any payment questions with our office prior to the needed procedures. We would like to address all financial issues with our front office staff at the time the appointments are made.

The Most Common Payment Option – Insurance

We do process insurance claims and try to maximize your dental insurance benefits as best we can. However, be advised that knowing your insurance plan is the responsibility of the patient. We do our best to work with you and your insurance company to accommodate and maximize your plan benefits alongside your treatment costs.

We will charge you our normal and customer fees for services provided. Please be aware that your insurance company may have a fee payment schedule that does not reconcile with our fee schedule. Your insurance plan may elect to offer you an inferior restoration, downgrade treatment or completely refuse to pay less than our usual and customer fee, with you liable for any difference. Again, we work hard to communicate these variances to your insurer and will fight for you with excellent documentation, high quality x-rays, intra oral photos and precise notes as to needed treatment.

Care Credit Financing Option

Care Credit is a financing option for our patients who need dental work but are without the financial means to pay for services in full. Remember, our responsibility is to our patient and their dental needs. We are not here to treat your insurance company nor do we let them dictate treatment.
